Mysteries
The theme for this year's entertainment is mysteries. The fun will begin as each table chooses a favorite mystery. The tables can begin to be decorated at 4:00, on the day of the dinner. Check to see if your book has already been chosen by clicking on the tables link to the left.
The fun continues at 6:00 as the cocktails will begin to flow. Use this time to check out the silent auction items, and purchase 50/50 raffle tickets. Support your favorite table by purchasing tickets for the People's Choice Award.
Then dinner begins at 7:00 and this year's speaker will take the podium.
Libraries
Proceeds from Off the Shelf will benefit the libraries in Washington and Greene Counties, most specifically the start-up monies for the creation of a Regional “One-Card” Network.
Our vision for the one-card system is to ensure that every resident may go to any library in our two-county region and use one library card.
In addition to increasing convenience and accessibility for our library customers, the one-card system will bring about cost savings and efficiencies that will benefit the entire region.
